The One Pot Chef (David Chilcott) began making cooking videos on YouTube back in 2007. Starting out as a hobby to pass the time, the channel quickly developed an ever-expanding audience of people interested in fun, no-fuss, classic recipes presented in a simple and easy-to-follow manner.

Since then, David has expanded the One Pot Chef concept across multiple social media platforms. He has written a series of successful cookbooks based on his YouTube recipe series and has even filmed a studio-based spinoff series in Los Angeles.

David currently lives on the NSW Central Coast of Australia and enjoys a quiet life with his family, his two cats and his increasingly disturbing obsession with making the perfect scone!
