Chocolate Ripple Biscuits are crushed and combined with desiccated coconut, cocoa and condensed milk. Rolled into balls and chilled until firm, this is the ultimate in no-fuss no-bake baking – give it a go today!
Ingredients:
2 x 250g Packets of Chocolate Ripple Biscuits (or similar plain sweet cookies)
2 Tablespoons of Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup of Desiccated Coconut
400g Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
Preparation Time: About 20 minutes
Chilling Time: About 2 hours
MAKES ABOUT 25 – 30 TRUFFLE BALLS
