Ingredients:
1kg of Sweet Potato (trimmed, peeled and cut into 1cm thick sticks)
1 Tablespoon of Corn Flour (aka Corn Starch)
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon of Minced Garlic or Garlic Powder
1 Heaped Teaspoon of Smoked Paprika
Salt and Pepper
Preparation Time: About 1 hour 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 30 minutes + resting time
