Ingredients:
250g Biscoff Cookies (crushed, plus extra cookies for decorating, if desired)
100g Unsalted Butter (melted)
250g Philadelphia Style Cream Cheese (at room temperature)
1 Cup of Thickened Cream (or any cream suitable for whipping)
1/2 Cup of Powdered Sugar (aka Icing Sugar)
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
3/4 Cup of Biscoff Spread (plus 1/2 Cup extra for topping)
Preparation Time: About 20 minutes
Chilling Time: About 3 to 4 hours
