Hi Everyone!

Just a quick post to announce that there will be no new recipe video this week on YouTube. Due to my recent trip to Canberra, I haven’t had time to film or edit a new vid, but I promise to be back next week with more cooking fun!

In the meantime, Friday will see the first episode of a new irregular series on the One Pot Chef Show YouTube channel. “Exotic Fruit” is a new segment that will pop up from time to time in which I show off some unusual fruits and produce. I’ll explain how to eat them and, of course, how they taste.
