This cheap and cheerful version of a dinner classic is perfect for any night of the week. Ground beef mince is combined with mushrooms, onion, garlic, paprika, sour cream and pasta to create a rich, savoury main meal that’s cooked all in one pan! Economical and easy to make, my One Pot Beef Stroganoff is destined to become a new family favourite – give it a go!
INGREDIENTS:
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
250g of White Button Mushrooms (sliced)
2 Tablespoons of Butter
1 Small Brown or Yellow Onion (peeled and diced)
2 Teaspoons of Minced Garlic or Garlic Powder
500g Beef Mince (Ground Beef)
1 Teaspoon of Smoked Paprika
3 Tablespoons of Plain All Purpose Flour
4 Cups of Liquid Beef Stock / Broth
1 Cup of Water
Salt and Pepper
500g Dry Short Pasta (I used Elbow Macaroni)
1/2 Cup of Sour Cream
Preparation Time: About 15 minutes
Cooking Time: About 30 minutes
