Removing Crystals From Honey

Found an old jar of honey at the back of your pantry cupboard, but it’s crystallised and difficult to spread? Don’t throw it away! Honey, unlike most foods, doesn’t ‘go off’ or perish. Crystalisation occurs when water is introduced to the honey, usually by a wet knife or spoon. The crystals can be easily melted away by simply adding heat. The video shows you how easy it is!
