INGREDIENTS:
BASE:
125g of Butter
1/2 Cup of Caster Sugar (aka Super Fine White Sugar)
1 1/2 Cups of Plain All Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
CARAMEL LAYER:
125g of Butter
2 Tablespoons of Golden Syrup
400g Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
CHOCOLATE LAYER:
250g of Milk of Dark Chocolate Melts
1 Tablespoon of Vegetable Oil
Preparation Time: About 20 minutes
Cooking Time: About 35 minutes (plus cooling and chilling time)
