Creamy Potato Bake is a classic side dish that’s loved by the whole family! This simplified version takes out the fiddly peeling and slicing of potatoes with a clever shortcut that will have you making this amazing dish all the time. Onion, garlic and bacon are fried in a pan then combined with cream, chicken stock and seasonings. Then the secret ingredient – gnocchi – is added to the sauce. Topped with cheese and baked until golden, this famous dish retains its classic rich and savoury flavours while making the prep work virtually instant – give it a go!
